I have been renting this house from a friend for going on seven years.
When I first moved in the rent was quite good, but over the past two years, it has gone up a lot.
Because a friend is renting it, there are a lot of things that need fixing, but don't get done.
I told her about the termite problem, nothing was done until I had piles of termites inside the house, then she finally came to have a look.
The latest is mould that was so bad, due to the very wet Summer we had had, that my and his girlfriend had to move out until the problem had been fixed, as he was having problems breathing.
Again a band aid job was done, but at least the mould has been removed.
This morning I recieved a phone call from an Estate Agent telling me that she wants a market appraisal done.
Would have been nice if she had of called me and told me that she was thinking of selling.
There are other things that need fixing, but it's been home for a long time.
There are not many places around here to rent, plus I have an old cat, and not many places will allow you to have pets.
Plus there are lots of expenses involed in moving.
Not a nice way to start my morning.
Ha ha. Had to edit this blog. I had put how much it had gone up, and the powers that be must have thought I was asking for money.

I've just finished reading the Fifty Shades books.
They were badly written, boring and repetitive in some parts, but still a Hot read.
There is a saying in one of the books that I just love.
The female swore out of character, and said that she had a brain to mouth filter malfunction.
Do any of you have those? I know I do sometimes.

These days I drive to work in the dark.
This morning there was a woman running dressed all in black.

WTF is wrong with people??
Nearly every morning, I see people running, or walking to the station.
Why can't they have a torch or wear something reflective so they can be seen?

Showered, dressed and out the door and on my way to work.
Within about 10 mins. I realised I was wearing a pair of knickers that should have gone into the bin instead of the washing machine after the last time I wore them.
There they were creeping down my backside. I was lucky that todays shift I was mostly on my own, so was able to keep pulling them up, which was a total waste of time, as in no time, they were creeping down again.
I have to wear long pants as part of my uniform, which saved me from total embarrassement of them falling down around my ankles.
I had thought of going commando, but it might have been a bit much for the old men in the Nursing Home, should they notice my butt cheeks jiggling as I waked past them.
I did not want to be the cause of them having a heart attack.
This time they have gone into the bin at home. Maybe I should have left them in a bin in one of the oldies rooms. That would have had the nurses and cleaner wondering who had been up to no good and with whom.

What have they done now? 
Nothing happening in my alerts bar for a couple of days, and today there are 100s of cock shots from all over America.

Why don't they make the base of shopping trolleys spring loaded?
Being only 5ft 2in, I find it hard to reach the last few items in the trolley, which of cause are small, as the big and heavy things go on the belt first.
They seem to be getting deaper and deaper. I know it's to encourage us to spend more, but it's not fair to us short people.
I'm sure one day I will reach too far and fall in. A funny sight indeed. Me head first in the trolley with legs up in the air.

What is the nicest thing someone could say to you?
We all lead such busy lives, that when someone says to me they had been thinking of me, it makes me feel special.
They had taken time out from whatever they were doing, and I came to mind.
