Finding an older women

A question for older women. How should someone younger approach you? I'd say im on the attractive side and got a decent sized dick. I've been approaching by being polite and just talking at first, but it seems hard find people and for it go anywhere.

 Approaching politely and talking about general topics is a good start. However, are you interesting and fun as well as polite? What do you add to a woman's life by trying to engage her? At my age, I'm asking myself, "Is this guy going to be fun to spend time with or is he going to be annoying or a hassle?" That's what I mean by bringing value to a woman's life. If you focus on your dick and its size and performance, you're most likely not going to appeal to that many women because that alone is not enough to make you a good companion. So try to figure out what matters to the woman you're approaching and how well you match whatever she's looking for. And if you don't match, don't try to force a match, don't try to negotiate her out of what she wants, just move on and look for someone else who's a better match.
