Anyone have any suggestions? I've given these people enough money over the eyars and I'm tired of fucked up search requests - Like No videos, no one's online

WHAT THE FUCK are they doing. ? Sitting around with fingers up their asses. The other day my standard contacts expired and instead of getting a notice to that effect some stupid shit sent a notice that my silver membership (I'm gold) was downgraded.

When I brought that to their attention I got an even more stupid reply. Are the people staffing this site all from some non english speaking country whose population cant stand us anyway?
