I've seen some very bad decisions, but this one ranks right up there. Won't be welcome too much on beaches or pool parties.

 Lol nice ..don't feel sorry for all the cats they don't care ...maybe if they did have a voice they think it was funny also..no different than men having a pic of a womans snatch inked on....seen them too they are way more disgusting than anything like the cat depicted here .lol
