I'd love to argue that point...but I'd have to lie . Haha.

I fall into the category of having done a few stupid things during the teenage years and have now gotten wiser. I was more of a leader back then as far as escapades go, only followed if it was something that I wanted to do anyways. Luckily my "stupid" years didn't last too long and didn't have any major repercussions, but I have to admit that they were some really fun years too.
To this day, the thing that amazes me the most is that I somehow lived through all of it. And I've never spent even a night in jail. Somehow, I just never got caught.

And while I regret some of the stuff I did, I did have some really fun times back then too.

Sometime I will have to make a blog about Maine Day and togas and stealing
a Lions Club Gum ball machine with a seminary student and then switching all the numbers on the hotel's doors>>> yep I did my share of hellion-ism But I was my own drummer
I, for one, will be waiting anxiously to read that post Gato. LOL

I always seemed to be surrounded by more than a few followers. And damn if I couldn't always come up with some crazy idea to blow off steam.

You already know the story of when I skipped school to go on a ban the bomb march....believe me I am much more sensible now....no more crazy schemes for me.

Can you pin your change from the "peer pressure instigator" and "doer of stupid things" to anything in particular? Like suddenly living on your own and having to make a living?

This must have made things interesting when raising your own kids - especially because you were such a bad actor, and don't appear to have paid many consequences for those "bad actions".

Do your kids have any idea of what a numbskull you used to be?

I never did anything bad, as a kid.

Still haven't.

Actually I lived on my own twice, before I hit 19. I think it was a combination of just growing up. then getting married and having kids. Lots of self inspection.

Yeah my kids have heard a lot of the stories from family , friends and me. Luckily, none of them turned out half as wild as I did.
