BRRRRR.. I've lived in the snow more than once..and that was more than enough to never want to do it again. LOL.

Stay warm.

60 F converts to 15 C. That's pretty balmy for this time of year.

I have a terrible blister on my heel, caused by a new pair of boots I just bought (which will be my "walkng boots" for when it gets really wintery here); so have been continuing to wear my flip-flops when I've gone out doing errands this week,

You are definitely a WIMP. But a lovable wimp, so you can get away with it.

Everyone knows that Winter is for frolicking in the snow and cold, and then coming inside to enjoy a hot chocolate or a hot toddy, and then snuggle in the warmth with someone. Other than being with someone special, it's the contrast between the "outside and inside" that makes it all worthwhile.

Ohmyfriggingawd - even I can manage to make "the outside and inside" full of sexual tension. I must need some snuggling.

Check out my profile or and become a "watcher" of my blog FMAOPLS,to learn more about me, and for intelligent, lively, smartassy and fun discussion, with a little irreverence thrown in. "Like" or comment on my photos, and I promise I'll add more. Thanks.

Yeah, if you look up Winter Wimp in the dictionary, pretty sure it has a picture of me next to it.

Speaking of inside and outside. When I was younger..early 20's , 6 of us took a trip to Crested Butte in Colorado to go skiing for 5 days. I went out the first morning , ski'd for about 2 hours...well, tried to ski. Then said the hell with this.

Went back took a hot shower, and went and sat in the lodge. Spent the next 4 days, partying in the lodge with snow bunnies. LOL

Yeah, no way I'd live farther north than Austin ever again. LOL

The 80's would be considered a heatwave here!

Currently it's mid 50's which is pretty normal for this time of year during the day but we have had a couple of nights which left frost on my car in the morning which pisses me off as if I don't get to my daughter's house by 7 to mind her children she is late for work. Time is valuable in my mornings....coffee is more important than scraping ice.

Well, first off, coffee in the morning is damn near more important than anything.

We rarely have to scrape ice down here. Thank God. I was in Montana for most of one winter and that was just insane. LOL
