I am fortunate, I can watch the Race live at 2pm UK local time  When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

Ya gotta love her guts for her love of speed! I'm looking forward to an Indy car race.I didn't know they still had a series. Have you set your eyes on the new formula one car? They look like an Alexander Calder Mobile with wheels. A new roll cage and Winglets on winglets and Naca ducts with Naca ducts! Hideous! When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. There is a tremendous amount of luck and timing involved in major racing .She had an average amount of talent and drive but did not have the "it" factor you need to be super successful like the king, earnhardt, unser, gordon, johnson etal. but the field must be filled by more than 10 cars to mke a show and make money so danica had a spot . she made her mark though nowhere near a lynn st james or donna mae mimms mark. I wish her well in her retirement casual racer spokes person career . and yes she is a looker i'd rotate her rear end anytime When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. She's done well to make her mark and be successful in a male-dominated sport. A bit like Susie Wolff over here who was trying to get into F1 but in the end had to concede defeat after making it as far as test driver. She now devotes much of her time trying to get young females into the sport whether that is driving, engineering, management, etc. Hope Danica enjoys her last race and her retirement.

Thanks Dave, This looks to be a very competitive 500 with the speeds and new car. I'm going to try to avoid the Monaco results so I can watch a recording of it later. But that usually doesn't work out as wanted.  Please visit my Blog "Older but no Wiser"

Great article as she is a one of a kind lady, and im sure Aaron Rogers doesn't have anything to do with her retiring early either.. Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..
