Main Blog Page Design Changes On 1/2/2016 I submitted the following to the SiteSupport Blog page: “On the main blog page the section where the “Where I’m Quoted” and “Browse by Location” has shifted to under the “Total Posts” location.” On 1/27/2016 (today) I received the following response: " The main blog page has been going through some design changes so that's why you are seeing things show up a little differently then what your used to ." When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. The only thing we have to fear is fear itself. |

The support here is about as useful as an umbrella with holes in it. Once upon a time (all good fairy stories start like this don't they?) there was a group here called A.F.F. is listening...the site member in charge was called Ryan...and he did listen and he discussed stuff with us on a weekly group chat...he gave answers and listened to site problems. Sadly he left and we got a replacement who didn't do weekly chats and she's gone too now and the group is kind of just hanging in there...if you post a query to it now...it gets referred to site support. Crazy huh?? Once upon a time I cared....now....for me.... it's just another fairy story.  ~~Anais Nin~~

Well that might explain some of the "Glitches" that have been going on , on a daily basis. But when are they going to do anything ??

Yep. My browser now displays nearly every page differently- but not consistently. My home page has a new layout, and some blogs now require that I scroll right to read all the text. But not every blog. My main blogs page looks just like what you describe. When I load photos that are taller than they are wide, the site displays them sideways unless I rotate them first in a photo editor four times and "Save". Then I have to click my ruby slipper heels together three times and say "There's no place like home, there's no place like home, there's no place like home." Fuck it. i'm better off staying in Oz. Really that would explain why things aren't showing up the way they are supposed to be..they are always upgrading and it's NOT working!!! Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..

When things are working they seem to always make a fix and then it isn't working anymore.. Never figure that one out hugssss V My photos are always getting eaten.. which sucks.. Have to go back and do it all over again. Become a blog watcher sweet_vm

The site's reply is stating the obvious. I can never understand why the site keeps tinkering rather than fixing the real glitches (eg disappearing photos, delay in uploading posts for others to see, slowness of navigating between pages, fake bot profiles)!
