The best way not to get any more bad news. Don't answer the PHONE. It works.

Even my family has been raining down bad news. Yesterday the daughter quit her job and is leaving her spouse. I got told I have to help her move. I should have listen to my own advice and not answer even if I know you. Text only and then if I'm sure it's okay.

I'm sticking to it today. .
