 OK, then Prez Hilary Clinton will nominate someone far more progressive. Be careful what you wish for in life. The US Constitution did not say the Senate should stop advising and consenting during an election year. Ask Justice Anthony Kennedy, who was nominated and approved in 1988 by R. Reagan in an election year.

she won,t just go and add up the popular votes Total of Republicans and than just Hillaries, in all the states since Iowa, Trump had beaten in some and in many the total Republicans out numbered the total s of Hillary and Bernie combined, look at Florida.Now say if hillary doesn,t place Bernie Sanders as her VP """HALF""" and thats a conservative estimate, possibly 2/3 will stay home or vote for Trump, there were alot of questions asked to voters like that, I,m talking about Bernie supporters, if she does, the fact that a Socialist might be President will scare the shit of all the Republicans and most of the independants that we will still win, alittle closer but enough to put Trump in the whitehouse. Whats going to be important are the Fringe areas, areas on the border line of suburbs and city, you still got thousands of blocks of eastern conservative europeans, older people in their 60s and 70s that are intimidated to go to the polls because the large influx of blacks and hispanics, their afraid they might get beaten up or mugged, they like doing stuff the old fashion way and many don,t know about absentee ballots. Folks like that can tip the tide easily.She won,t unless the convention in Cleveland gets fucked up by other Republicans still sore about Donald Trump, it is what it is, your not going to want to get his people who voted for him pushed aside because a riot will start escallating to a civil war that will make the Russian Civil War of 1918-1921 look like childs play. This is the begining of a new era in American Government and Politics, rather have it the right way instead of the wrong way
