an ethical question ... er something

I have a boss.

I dont like.

He makes bad decisions.

Daily.

It fucks with my money.

(this isnt drs office, this is at the bar)

He just hired

A pretty lil fucking twit

and gives her priveldges

that fuck with my money

last night I saw something

that I shouldnt have

but alas

I saw

Do I tell him I saw it and make my list of demands?

or

Tell the top and just have him fired?

...yes, top would believe me....

I hate having my money fucked with.

Top Dog...

You have to make moves that benefit you.

You're the type of bitch I would love to rough up and work over.

It really depends on the ethical nature of the act you saw. Is it something that is against policy or could create an HR nightmare for the big boss or the company? If so, then do tell. That's not vindictive, that's protecting the interests of your employer.

Just as long as you know what you saw.. I believe you... but... thieves are thick and slick...if this is what's up...be prepared...he'll have a way of explaining it away...proceed with caution... do what's best for your employer...then you have legs to stand on...but you already know this...you're just fucking with us

Do me a favor...go look at one of my other posts and make a comment... please...

Question: What did you see?

Leave a trail. Not of breadcrumbs, but of coins. What fucks with your loot, fucks with the top dog's loot too.

Go to him, and ask him... If someone saw something, would he prefer to have them to work it out among themselves, or would he prefer them tell bossman directly?

At first, I agreed with the guys saying to unload right now. Still a viable option. But, consider amassing more ammo, so you can definitely hit so hard that there is no chance of the weasel slipping through on a technicality. As a few others have said, if this fucker is halfway sharp, he already has a smooth story that's begging to be told, just to cover his six. This is your game now, so you know the timeframe. Make sure that you have enough stuff for a solid back up.

As was also said before, don't screw around and don't get left with that cute ass hangin' out in the breeze.

Subterfuge. Such a fun game.

You may think the Top Dog will believe you (and you may be right) but something I've learned is that bosses at work never like the person who brings them a problem, and having to replace other people is a problem. If you saw something that is fucking with the bosses money he will want to know, otherwise, he won't want to deal with it (and he may know already, knowing things and pretending not to notice them is a big part of being a good boss, because once the boss knows and everyone is aware they know little problems suddenly become big deals, and avoiding big deals is boss 101).

If the problem is, It depends on the problem. Anyone and Everyone is Replacable! If you think replacing you is a problem, You've got another thing coming! I've had a couple experiences I could tell, with the way some laws work it doesn't effect the boss or business, It Fucks with the employee! Like selling cigs. at a convience store to somebody under 18 or pumping Kerosene in a red can in NJ, I don't care who they are or who they know, or how long they've been coming here! Then they oughta know! They don't pay me enough to jepordize my freedom or money! If You only knew how many times I told motherfuckers, Take This Job and Shove It! I Aint Workin' Here No More!

Dear Cmfe, I've been thinkin' about this, I don't want You to get in a bind! Like you said and so did this dude. If You think the topdog will believe You, I'd still er on the side of caution, Like get and/or have some kind of proof/evidence! In case You need to prove what You saw? Two Liars carry more weight than one Truth! Some of the time? I've learned in my yrs., the only thing we all have equally is freewill, Free to lie if need be? Some people will lie to save their own skin! I have some of those lil thumb size cameras and some pen cams. to deal with people I think lie! I don't know how to dwnld the video yet, but I got the audio! I used it when I had to deal with a lawyer, Wish I would have had it with the 1st crook I dealt with!
