 Always happens when I am not there.

All I know is that we had about 15 inches of rain in the past 36 hours but no reports of any storm damage in the area apart from a few roads under water.

Its a lot easier to survive flood than fire.

Glad you are safe. Hope there's not too much damage to your house.

If I had to choose between flood or fire, I would go flood like you.

 Caution to the wind I say! I long ago reached saturation point on safety messages & can't listen to them anymore, but of course we all hope everyone is OK!
