He's been and gone.




Well the fat man in red has worked hard for another year.

I sent my letter off to him telling him just a small porky. Yes, I told him that I had been very good all year, and could I have a selection of the new toys available.

I awoke full of excitement and saw a rather large bag at the end of my bed.

Throwing back the covers, I jumped out of bed, wondering what delights were awaiting me.

Looking inside I was amazed at the colours, shapes and sizes, my mind went into overdrive.

But Santa had the last laugh.....there were no batteries included, and being Christmas, all the shops were shut.

There was a note inside from Santa saying.......I know you were only half good, so here are half your presents.

 At least he got you half of what you wanted....and you can get the batteries in due course....Enjoy.

Now I'm in trouble already for next Christmas, but will be safe if Santa isn't a member on here, then he won't see my latest blog, and know I made it up.
