My neighbour happens to be across the road.
They are a Father and that think they can play the drums, but they are both hopeless, and a pain in the arse.

 Hahaha! Not exactly the best advertisement for selling a house. Kind of like selling a car and saying it looks nice but the compressions weak.

How about blowing my trumpet or dancing your fingers over my flute in the early hours? Oh no, I haven't got either of them! Could borrow my son's saxophone ...... Different mouthpiece but still got a bell end

Maybe they want to prove that they can be an even bigger Arsehole, and pay full price for the house.
