I have now been living on the Big Island for several months and I am never going back to the Mainland! I am lucky enough to own both a house and a property in the Kapoho/Pahoa/Hilo area. The house is just down the block from the property I will eventually build on. My dream home will be just 40 feet from the ocean and will have an incredible unobstructed 180 degree view of ocean! I'll be able to watch the sun rise each each morning from my bed since the house and the bedroom both face due East.
