I am strong, independent, intelligent, caring and a wee bit on the feisty side. I tend to be pretty straight forward and up front. My friends would say I am just very down to earth. I don't like games. I like to think I have a quick wit and love a good banter session with someone that can keep up. I am honest but not to the point of being brutal (there is such a thing as tact). I love being affectionate and having it returned. My laugh is unmistakable and none to quiet, there is no doubt when I think something is funny and that's quiet often. I tend to have a younger out look on life, so age is not a factor for me, in fact I prefer younger people but young at heart works too. I don't think looks are everything but there does have to be some chemistry for both. Sometimes that's just a matter of getting to know someone better.I still keep active by playing volleyball once or twice a week. It would be great to find someone that would enjoy that too, if not playing then being the cheering section.

My Ideal Person: Ultimately, I don't want to be the one in charge. There are times in every relationship when a partnership works and other times it doesn't. I want to find that balance. Although I think friendship in any relationship is important, I still want someone that keeps my fire going, ignites it more, then tames it but never extinguish it. So lets start out as friends before we try to start the fire. I would like someone that knows have to have fun, that can share His feelings and is not afraid to show affection. Humor is a must-if you can't have a good laugh life gets to serious. I want someone I can lay next to and talk all night or never say a thing and be comfortable with the silence.Guys the bottom line is I'm here to meet someone to do things with. I dont want a pen pal or a phone partner. I would like someone that is actually committed to spending some time together. I know you probably work hard and by the time you get home your couch looks pretty darn good but if your not ready to make the effort to really have a life outside of going to work and passing out on the couch please just pass me by. I'd rather not get my hopes up thinking I have met a great guy to find out they would rather just look at profiles every night instead of seeing someone.
